A pretty detached village cottage over 200 years old set in its own grounds on the edge of

 St Blazey Gate village.   Conveniently situated on the main A390 road and ideally placed for those wishing to visit the Eden Project as it is only a pleasant 25 minute woodland walk away. A delightful little cottage well past its 200th birthday sympathically and tastefully decorated and furnished throughout.
The property is at present jointly used as a small florist and small family run bed & breakfast.
There are two guests bedrooms: A twin with television and video. A single with 14" television
Both have tea/coffee facilities. A full English breakfast with other options available is served either in the dining room or in the conservatory overlooking the garden. Guests are quite welcome to relax in the conservatory which has a pleasant view of the cottage garden in which the owners take great pride.
Emms Cottage is non smoking.               Sorry there are no facilities for pets.
 

The China Loft is a  two-bedroom, two bathroom  flat on the first floor of a converted and rebuilt China clay drying house on the Eastern outskirts of St Austell, 2 miles from The Eden Project.

Although it is nearly brand new, it has style and character, with floor-to-ceiling windows that make the most of wonderful sweeping sea views across St Austell Bay. It has its own parking space, a communal garden, and the development is accessed via an electronic gate. 

It is perfectly placed to explore the whole of Cornwall, with quick access to the main spine roads, is within ten minutes' walk of two pubs, and is two miles from the lovely Georgian harbour of Charlestown.

Two beautifully converted barns on a working dairy/beef farm.  The cottages are set apart and are of the highest quality.  They both sleep four and are in the peace and tranquillity of the countryside yet are only a six mile drive to the south coast and fifteen miles to the North coast.  A great base to see Cornwall from.
 

Lower Gurtla Farm is a typical Cornish farmhouse with much character and charm. It is idyllically set on the edge of Breney Common Nature Reserve.  There are two double rooms one with a king size bed and en-suite one with separate bathroom. Breakfast choices from light continental to light cooked for example smoked salmon and scrambled egg, to full English.

 Local horse riding available, close to Eden Project and on the Saint's Way.

 Open all Year and is ideal winter short breaks, log burning stove in own sitting/dining room.

Pets may be allowed if happy to socialise with owner's own dog and would ignore the free roaming hens which are beloved pets!   Guide tariff £30.00 to £35.00 pppn

The Cottage is situated in one of the most picturesque areas of South East Cornwall. A delightful Cornish granite cottage steeped in history, tucked away in a secluded Cornish valley. The cottage is in the hamlet of Puddle, near Lanlivery.  It has been lovingly kept, retaining many of its original features and beamed ceiling.  It is centrally located for the Eden Project 4 miles, Fowey 5 miles, beaches 3 miles, Lanhydrock (NT) 3 miles. There is a good traditional pub ¼ mile away in Lanlivery. There is a TV/DVD player in the sitting room and for that extra cosy feeling a wood effect heater for instant added warmth and comfort.

The cottage sleeps two with a King-sized bed with front & rear gardens & own parking.

The Eden Project is only a 10-minute drive, so are the local beaches.
