 St Blazey Gate village.   Conveniently situated on the main A390 road and ideally placed for those wishing to visit the Eden Project as it is only a pleasant 25 minute woodland walk away. A delightful little cottage well past its 200th birthday sympathically and tastefully decorated and furnished throughout.

There are three guests bedrooms: One double, one twin room and a single, all rooms have tea/coffee facilities. A full English breakfast with other options available is served either in the dining room or in the conservatory overlooking the garden. Guests are quite welcome to relax in the conservatory which has a pleasant view of the cottage garden in which the owners take great pride.  For a stay of two nights or more.  all at £25.00 p.p.p.n

The Cottage is situated in one of the most picturesque areas of South East Cornwall. A delightful Cornish granite cottage steeped in history, tucked away in a secluded Cornish valley. The cottage is in the hamlet of Puddle, near Lanlivery.  It has been lovingly kept, retaining many of its original features and beamed ceiling.  It is centrally located for the Eden Project 4 miles, Fowey 5 miles, beaches 3 miles, Lanhydrock (NT) 3 miles. There is a good traditional pub ¼ mile away in Lanlivery. There is a TV/DVD player in the sitting room and for that extra cosy feeling a wood effect heater for instant added warmth and comfort.

The cottage sleeps two with a King-sized bed with front & rear gardens & own parking.

We have a range of family/double/twin ensuite rooms plus a family suite of rooms with a kitchen. All the bedrooms have TV, DVD/CD player, hairdryer, extensive beverage tray, bottled mineral water and toiletries. The ensuite have electric showers plus fresh towels, shampoo/conditioner and shower gel. There is free Wi-fi and a computer available.

Lostwithiel is the antiques capital of Cornwall and has many pubs, restaurants, a river walk, church, museum etc within a 10-minute walk.

The Eden Project is only a 10-minute drive, so are the local beaches.
